Received 12.24 a m., April 13. London, April 12, Erisgoo, United States Minister at Tokio, reports that Kei-ing and Voroo3B are dosed to foreign trade. This is supposed to indicate Admiral Togo’s base. Four supposed Russian colliers passed Singapore yesterday. The Russians are still anchored ten miles northwest of ADambra.
Though by some reports Admiral Diebogatoff is off Socotra, according to St. Petersburg telegrams he is expected to join Admiral Roshdestvensky in 10 days. Hague advises that a Dutch squadron haß proceeded to Anambra to preserve neutrality.
