XPer Press 'Association.')' Timaru, last night. The Hand Commission sat at St. Andrews to-day, and among the witnesses were tenants on Pareora No. 1 and No. 2, and Kohika. A very general complaint was that the dangee and the Land Board have not power enough to vary the cropping conditions to suit circumstances. What was especially desired was leaye to .take a third of wheat crop after cleaning weedy land.
