RICHARDSON CASE
(Per Press Association.) Auckland, last night. Tho chargo of ussault arising out of the Premier’s recent meeting in Auckland, brought by Win Richardson against P. J. Nerl-.eny, president of the local branch of the Liberal and Labour Federation, who was one of the officials responsible for tho management of tho meeting, was dismissed.
