Mr McCarthy, S.M., held that tbe Eou. Mr Mitchelson was bnna fido iu bis action and reasonable. Richardson refused to obey the ruling of the chair, and Miteheison stated that his reason for removing him was purely for tbe sake of preserving ' order.

Costs amounting to ,£8 11s were, given against informant.
