SUPPOSED TO BE EAST INDIES TRADER.

By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright

Received 9.25 p.m., Match 23. Brisbane, March 23.

The Government steamer will not return from tho Sago wreck at Yorke Peninsula till Sunday. Nothing definite as to the identity of tho vessel is known. Her presence at Sago suggests trading with the East Indies. There is no sign of bodies or survivors. It is possible that the vessel struck a reef in deep water, and the survivors may be stranded on the island.
