There =eemsd, said Sir Joseph, to have been some 'trouble last week owing. ' to tho supposed weakoess of Innes’ mine s *, ! but if Innes arrives again bb cannot sea : why he should not bo allowed to land. He was a British subject, and it was,not the colony’s intontion to exclude Britishers. : ‘4’
