ARBITRATION COURT.

Auckland, last night. Evidence of satisfactory conditions existing in labor matters was given at the Arbitration Court this morning. Mr Justice Chapman asked Mr Ferguson, Inspector of Factories, how long he thought the heariog of breaches of awards would take. Mr Ferguson replied that as far as he was concerned there were no breaches to be dealt with. The Judge expressed his satisfaction, and there was a smile, when Mr Ferguson added that be had reported to his-department, and that be hoped to present them all with white gloves,as both employers and employees were satisfied. Tho Judge said that he was very pleased that such was the state of affairs, and that it spoke well for the working of the Labor Department in Auckland.
