Advices from Mauritius state that Admiral Roshdestvensky will possibly remain till the end of April. His crews are drilling night and day. Firing practice is froquent. M. Dubassoff states that Admiral Roshdestvensky proceeds to the Far East when his fleet has been completed. It would be dishonorable of Russia to discuss peaoe until it has obtained a victory.
