(Per Press Association.) Invoroargill, last night. [ Tho Land Commission was not taking evidenoo to-day. Tho opinions of witnesses oontinue to run very strong against tho lease in perpotuity, principally because of tho difficulty of financing through tho advanoes to settlors or in tbo open markot.
