Sydney, Feb 27. Mt Carrufchers efcafces that the consensus of opinion among Federal members ?vifch whom ho conversed at the Hobart comerenoe was that the hundred mile limit should bo eliminated from the constitution! enabling Sydney to become the capital. Mr Held states that he had not discussed the matter with Mr Carrufchers, nor had he heard it mentioned in his presence. Mr Oarrufcher’a statement caused some surprise.
