ALLEGED IRREGULARITIES.
(Per Press Association.) Auckland, last night. A warrant was issued to-day for th arrest of Thomas Morrin, late managinr director of the Wellington Park- Stui Company, on the Bworn information madi by the chairman of tbe company, the Hon. E. Mitchelson. Tho charge against Morrin is stated to be in connection witfaf certain irregularities alleged to have taken place whilst he was managing director of the company.
