DYNAMITE FATALITY

(Per Press Association.) Picton, last night.

A frightful blasting accident occurred in the Picton Boad Board’s quarry this morning, the victims being three brothers named Hart. Two were brought to Picton Hospital. The third is still buried in the debris.

Blenheim, last night. A [serious accident occurred at Koromako this morning. Three brothers, named Hart, working in a quarry, put in a charge of dynamite and went away. They thought it had misfired, and were returning, when the charge exploded, killing Abel. Both arms were blown off, and his face shockingly mutilated. The two other brothers, in a serious condition, j were conveyed to Picton hospital.
