London, Feb 20. The Times, commenting on the Premiers’ Conference, declares that it is glad provisions. Have been made for a sinking fund for all future loans. It admits that Queensland’s grievances with indentured labor are considerable, but hopes that ultimately she will perceive her interests are the same as regards tho present scheme as the sister States.

Nows has been reoeived that the Turks, after dispersing a Bulgarian band, and killing and wounding 20. fired the villiage of Kechletob, near Shumitza. The international commission of. enquiry afterwards fouud charred remains of fourteen women and several children.-
