FLAXBOURNE CASE.

(Per Press Association.) Blenheim, last night. The following additional witnesses have given evidence on behalf of the Crown in the Flaxbonrne case; —Ralph ChaSey, former manager of Highheld estate: Ernest Rosendale, sheepfarmer near Timarn; A. Beicher, of Christchurch ; Joseph Blackburn, flaxmiller on Flaxbourne; George King, land and estate agent at Christehuroh; Beg. Frenville, surveyor of Palmerston North; Thomas Brodrick, Government Surveyor \ Alfred Lyons, inspector qf properties for Loan and Mercantile Agency Co.; J. W. Merchant, Sur-veyor-General, and Peter, Commissioner of ] Taxes.
