■! (Per Press Association.) f Dunedin, last night. \ Emanuel Turner, who was discovered dead in his house in South Dunedin, was 'tag" 89 years old, aad lafs a considerable sum .of money. Ho had £2123 in tho Union Bank, iIOO in tho Post Offico Savings • t Bank, and £33 7s in the house. He had been a shepherd and musterer for many years. So far as is known he had no re- **■ lativos, but a bundle of lattors dating back to 1816 has' been handed to the Public Trustee. Tenders for 187 Corporation debentures
for mOO each, offered by tho AVaipori A. Falls Power Company to facilitate the distribution of the assets of the Company, were opened. They wore over-applied for to the extent of and yielded an average promium of 2s 9£d.
