The Colonial Consignment and Distributing Company has received the following cable from London : A farther fall of l-8d in the value of North Island mutton. To-day’s quotations are : Canterbury mutton, 4-g-d; Napier, Wellington end North Island, 3sd; lamb, first quality, 6£d; beef, hinds 3 l-Bd, fores 2Jd.
