BILL THROWN OUT BY GRAND JURY.

(Per Press Association.) Auckland, last night. The grand jury, by a majority vote, threw out the bill in the charge of manslaughter against Dr J. O. Collins, senior medical officer at Auckland Hospital, arising out of the operation on Wallis White, referred to in the report of the royal commission on the hospital.
