FIRE ON STEAMER.

I (Per Press Association.) [ Auckland, last night, j News by the Navua from Fiji to-night I states that the A.TJ.S N. Co.’s steamer I Naralla caught fire when alongside the Suva wharf on January 20th. The fire originated in the lamp room, and took some hours to suppress. Tho officers’ and engineers’ rooms on either side of the ship were completely gutted, and the bridge destroyed. Tho officers and engineers lost j all their property, including nautical instruments.
