Ml* Coghlan, Government Statistician, gOOB to England to reorganise the Agent* General’s department, and will aco as general representative of the State in London, receiving .£6OO in addition to his present salary. When reorganisation has been effected he will act as both AgentGeneral and Commercial Agent, at a salary of £ISOO. The salary of the two offices is now £2320. Mr Coghlan’s appointment is temporary, pending the appointment of a Sigh Commissioner.
