FISHING BOATS CROSSING LINE OF SQUADRON. A WARNING. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright Received 10.45 p.m., Jan. 30. London, Jan. 30. Owing to Admiral Roshdestvensky’s complaints that fishing boats constantly crossed the line of the squadron during the night without lights, and rendered the position extremely difficult, possibly leading to deplorable rosults, Mr Lyttelton cabled to the Governor of tho Straits Settlements that in view of the Baltic fleet entering the waters of the colony,’British Sabers must carry lights, in order to avoid any regrettable misunderstandings.
