(Per Press Association.) Dunedin, last night. A eouplo of parcels of National Insurance Company shares sold this morning at a decline of 6d on tho highost rates realised since payment of the last dividend, the easier feeling being attributed to the entrance in the field of tho Government Insurance Department with a lower scalo of rates.

In granting probate, Mr Justico Chapman objected to the practice common with some practitioners in having typewritten wills executed.
