Tho Attorney-General submitted a proposal to the representatives of the mineowners and employees, urging them, in the public interest, to secure the resumption of work to-morrow conditional on tho Arbitration Court sitting at Newoastle immediately to enquire into tho dispute. The hearing of summonses against the wheelers has been postponed till Thursday.
