HOSPITAL TROUBLE.
[(Per Press 'Association.); Blenheim, last night. Tho Hospital Board met yosterday, and after reoeiving a letter from Dr Anderson, former medical officer, soying that he would not accept re-appointment, it appointed Dr Freeborn Bennett, of Now Plymouth, to the position. There were two applications, but no local doctor applied. The board also adopted new bylaws for the government of the medical staff, and these will no submitted to Dr MacGregor, Inspector of Hospitals, for approval,
