LONDON WOOL SALES. By Electric Telegraph—Per Press Association— Copyright. London, Jan. 12. The Antwerp wool sales closed firm, with moro animation. There were 4071 bales of La Plata wool offered, and 2497 were sold. (Per Press Association.)' Dunedin, last night. The second Dunedin wool sale was held to-day. The total number of bales catalogued was 14,015. Mr Donald Reid, who soTd 1863 bales, reports that competition was very koen for all classes up to full market values. Prices showed a Blight advance on the last sales for bright crossbred and fin 3 halfbved, whilst for merino and low class crossbreds prices were about on a par with tho last sale, but in all cases the prices obtained were more than equal to London equivalent value.
