At Gympic, Queensland, Tour children have been seriously injured bv the explosion of a dynamite cap. due eldest lad was trying to get the fulminating powder out of it wltn fork. All the other children were sitting close 'to him, when suddenly the cap exploded. The boy had the top of liis thumb blown off ana two fingers injured, and he was also peppered about the chest. r lhQ yOUHgPT sister, aged six’ y®ars, was struck under the armpit} where the chief vein was severed, and it bl e d profutelv. She was also peppered on the chest. One o£ the boys was cut about the forehead, and the third received trivial injuries.
