Tne beauty experts have had a severe set-hack in the Turkish capital since the Sultan’s, thirst for knowledge led him to look into ,the ingredients of cosmetics and pomades. Manufacturers of soaps and other toilet articles have been notified that only such as are exempt from all suspicion of the unclean will be acceptable.
