Per Press Association . Christchurch, last night. Tho third clay’s racing of the Christchurch Cycling Club was held at Lancaster Park yesterday. The Boxing Day Wheol Race resulted: G. Sutherland, scratch, 1; E- Connell, 35yds, 2; A Watson, 120yds, 3. The back-markers pacing well caught the field two laps from home. Connell led to the straight, but was beaten in the run home by two yards. Time, 4.20 25. Tho Royal Enfield Challenge Cup, three miles, was won by G. Suther land, E. Connell second, J. Arnst third. R. and J. Arnst led into tho last iap, but Sutherland passed them 300 yards from home, winning comfortably by a length. Time, 7.17 4 3.
