CHINESE LABOR.

A mass meeting at Capetown adopted a resolution by an overwhelming majority opposing the introduction of Chinese labor into the Transvaal. Mr Schncner, exPromior, sugponed tin appeal to the Imperial Government not to sanction legislation on tho subject prior to granting self-government. Ho asked how could tho Transvaal import Asiatics when a conforonco of the South African colonies decided in favor of uniform legislation regarding undesirable aliens.
