CONDEMNATION OF WEST AUSTRALIA’S ACTION. By; Electric Telegraph-Per Press Association— Copyright. LONDON, Dec. 19. Financial newspapers strongly condemn the action of the West Australian Government in regard to the Midland Railway. - Such conduct, so they state, would not be tolerated in tho Argentine or Brazil. The Financial News considers that the West Australian Government is doing no good in abetting attacks on (British capital, and that it is not safe to try this game with a city which manages to have the last word. The Economist and Statist make similar comments.
