Tho Union Company’a Tarawera arrives from South early to-morrow, and leaves for Auckland. First and last launch at 6 a.m.

Tho Huddart-Parker Company’s Zealandia arrivoa from Auckland and Sydney on Wednesday afternoon, and sails South at 7 p.m. No cargo after hood. Tho New Zealand Shipping Company’s s.s. Waimate took tho following cargo from this port :—N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Company, Limited : 1045 halos wool. Bennott and Shorratt : 454 bales wool. Common, Shelton and Co. and Dalgety and Co. : 435 bales wool.

Tho Union Company have received advice that owing to tho grounding of tho Moana at Victoria, B-C., she will have to undergo repairs, and will not be able to loitye on her time-table date, 11th December. The Miowera will take her run, leaving Vancouver on the 31st Deoember, arriving at Sydney 25th January, instead of tho sth. Tho Miowera will then leave Sydnoy in tho Moana’s run on tho Ist Februaiy, instead of tho 25th January, and arrive at Victoria on the 25tb, instead of tho 18th. The Moana will pick up the Miowera’s run on tho proper time-table dates, starting from Vancouver on the Bth January. UNION STEAM SHIP COMPANY’S MOVEMENTS,

Saturday, 26th—Talune arrives from South, and leaves for Auckland, transhipping to the Mokoia for Sydnoy. First launch 6 a.m.; last 10 a.m. Sunday, 27th.—Tarawera arrives from Auckland during tho aftornoon, and sails for tho South. First launch on arrival; last 5 p.m.
