ROWING.
POVERTY BAY ROWING CLUB’S DOUBLE SCULLS.
The Poverty Bay Rowing Club have decided to hold a series of double seull races, to commence on or about January 12th. The course is to bo on the Taruheru from Mr Warren’s jetty to the boatsheds, the distance being three-quarters of a mile. The competing crews will be handicapped a day or two prior to tho races eventuating. The following are tho crews :
