THEATRE ROYAL-MONDAY AND TUESDAY.

Tho Willougbby-Geach Comedy Company (says tho Telegraph) is quite a com pany of star comedians In addition to Mr George Willoughby, Mr Tom Cannon was quite a leading comedian with the Brough and Boucicauit companies. Mr George Leopold wns sonio years ago a nonpareil among Australian operatic comedians. Mr Edwin Lestor was tho original Captain Ccrcotau in Australia when “H.M S. Pinafore” was produced by tho never-surpassed Roily and Leon Company. Mr Tom E. Lornard has frequently appeared as leading comedian. Ho also is a versifier and a very tuneful composer. Then there is Miss Roland Watts Phillips, who for some years played in emotional parts under Mr George Rignold, and who has now found another vocation in comedy. She is unapproachable. Miss Roxy Barton, the leading ingenuo of Australia’s stage. Another young lady, Miss Maltby, who has been in i Australia for about 12 months, is a niece of that admirable actor, Mr Alfred Maltby, who visited Australia under Brough aud Boucicauit some yoars ago, and who was unexcelled as a stage manager. A brilliant company in a world-famed success, jittlo wonder that they attract overflowing audiences wherever they appear. Gisborne will prove no exception.
