MR CARNEGIE’S PREDICTION By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright New York, Dee. 17. Mr Andrew Carnegie, who is in New York, predicts that England will lose South Africa. He declares that the Dutch are increasing and the British are not, and that, they will be unable to make the Kaffirs work. There are thousands of unemployed artisans at Capetown.
