WHATAUPOKO ESTATE.
NEXT SATURDAY'S SALE,
Unabated interest is centred in the land sale to be held at the Academy of Music next Saturday at 11 a.m., when the well-known Whataupoko Estate will be offered by public auction. It is anticipated that there will bo a largo attendance of tho public bent on securing a section in this estate, as the terms are arranged to suit evory class of speculator. Thoso engaged in the dairying industry would be specially suited in obtaining a bolding, bs the quality of the land is first-class for such a purpose, and the creameries and butter factories are within such an easy distance. Those/in search of a building site for a suburban residence are also catered for, and the “ way-back ” sheepfarmer would find it to his advantage to have a paddock close to town for topping off his stock for freezing, etc. Attention is drawn to an alteration in the areas of two of the sections, No. 48 is altered to 110 acres, and section 50 to 192 acres. A guido is always on the property to point out the sections to intending buyers.
