DIVORCE CASE
(Per Press Association.) Dunedin, last night. Tho Divorce Court was occupied to-day with the case of McMaster aud McMaster and Kino. Petitioner, a well-known North Otago sheepfarmer, seeks a dissolution of marriage with Fanny Ada McMaster, on the ground of adultery with the co-respon-dent, Isidore Kino, sharebroker, of Sydney. Messrs Sim and Hanlon appear for petitioner, and Messrs Hoskmg and Solomon for respondent. Co-respondent is unrepresented. Bespondent denies tho adultery. Considerable evidence was taken on commission at Sydney, where the improprieties, it is alleged, took place. Later;—The petitioner, Bonald McMaster, was married to respondent, Fanny Ada McMaster,' in Dunedin, in 1890. One child was born of the marriage. Since 1895 the parties have lived separately under a deed of separation, and it is alleged respondent in several months in 1900 lived and was still living with Issidore Kino, a Sydney sharebroker. Bespondent’s plea is a denial of the alleged adultery. Corespondent was not represented. The case may take some days, as much evidence was taken on commission In Sydney, where the alleged misconduct is said to have occurred.
