JAPANESE PREPARED. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright London, Nov. 26, Mr Bennett Burleigh, the war correspondent, reports from Tokio that the situation is serious. There is great activity in the Japanese arsenal and naval circles. The Times’ Pekin correspondent says that contrary to Prince AlexieS’s exaggerations, there are indications of uneasiness on Russia’s part In face of the completeness of Japan’s preparations. Russian troops in the leased territory in Manchuria number 32,000, which they are increasing to 50,000.
