FALL IN PRICE OF WOOL.

At tho wool sales one catalogue offered 10,220 bales, three-fifths being New Zealand, a good selection of mediums and inferiors. There was a very largo attendance, and good general competition. Compared with the closing prices of the September series scoured merinos sold at par to 5 per cent, lower . greasy, par to 5 per cent.; fine crossbreds, 5 per cent.; mediums aud coarse, fully 10 per cent, lower.
Received midnight, Nov. 25. Sydney, Nov. 25. At the wool sales competition for finer merinos and crossbreds was animated at well sustained prices, the decline shown at the oponing of the London sales having been discounted here. Earlier faulty and inferior sorts were irregular, particularly crossbreds of tho lower order. Greasy sold up to loci, scoured 28*jd. Melbourne, Nov. 25. At the wool sales competition was active. Meriuos were unaltered. Finer crossbreds declined to 5 per cent, and coarse to 10 per cent.
