GAMING AND LOTTERIES ACT.
Per Press Association. Dunedin, last night.
The Supreme Court was engaged all day with two of tho oases under tho Gaming and Lotteries Act. The cases were against Peter Grnnt and B. Curtis of being keepers of common gaming houses. They were separate cases, and in each the jury oturued a vordict of not guilty.
