A sequel to the Webb-Cheeaebrough case is that the Divorce Court granted the application of Maggio Cheesebrougb, otherwise Mrs Webb, for a jury to try a forthcoming suit wherein Webb seeks to havo the marriage with Cheesebruugh declared null, and ordering Webb to find security for £IOO to meet Cbeesebrough’s costs in defending the suit.
