Tho King and Quoon took an affectionate farewell of the Italian Sovereigns at Windsor. The Prince of Wales accompanied them to Portsmouth, and thence the Royal yacht Victoria and Albert, escorted by eight torpodo destroyers, took them to Cherbourg.
