ARBITRATION COURT.

(Per Press Association.) Wellington, last night. At the Arbitration Court no evidence was called by oraployera in tho linotype dispute. Mr Fenwick, in addressing the Court-, said the claim of the Union to say if thoro should bo piece work or time work in offices was open to many objections. It would bo a very serious interforcnco with employers' interests. He thought restrictions as to the employment only of lads who had been at the case should bo removed. Tne houriug of the dispute has now concluded so far as Wellington is concerned, but ovidonce has to bo taken at Palmerston, Wanganui, aud Napier.
