Paris, Nov. 13. In the Senate M. Combos, Premier, announced a bill with the object of not allowing members of religious orders to engage in primary, secondary, or higher education. Tho Government reserve their decision regarding ordinary clergy and education until they come to a determination on tho question of separation of the churches and State. The announcement created a great sensation.
