Tho Now Zoaland Metropolitan Trotting Club’s meeting was continued to-day. The woather was cold in the early part of the day, and light rain fell inter in tho afternoon. Tho tote investments amounted to £11,297, against £9076 for tho third day of last year, making a total for the mooting of £29,879, against £23,635 last year. The following are the results : Innovation Handicap.—Royal Monoy 1, Paradise 2, Rosetta 3. Divs. £3 4s and £4 4s.
Irwoll Handicap.—Vdseo 1, Onward 2, Elector 3. Divs., £8 10s and £l.
Champion Handicap.—St. Simon 1, The Needle 2, Monte Carlo and Fischer dead heat 3. Div., £2 18s.
Halowell Handicap.—Lillian 1, Sierra 2, Vanity 3. Div., £3 12s and £4 16s. A protest against Lillian for inconsistent running was dismissed. Hornby Handicap.—Norice 1, Proud Child 2, Bushman 3. Div. £2 12s and £2 16s,
Soekburn Handicap.—Vera 1, Sir Hecf tor 2, Onward 3. Div,, £3 6s. Swift Handicap.—Vicoo 1, Barber 2, Albert 3. Div £8 18s and £2 63. Final Handicap.—Monte Carlo 1, Hamliu 2, The Needle 3. Divs., £l2 14s and 10s.
