By. .Telegraph—Press AssociationCopyright.) Sydney, Nov. 5. Wool continues good, although prices are lower than a fortnight back. Rough crossbreds felt a decline, Greasy Merinos realised up to ll*d. Melbourne, Nov. 5. At the wool sales competition was brisk, but a downward tendency was manifested. All Merinos and crossbreds excepting Lincolns and coarse crossbreds* must now be quoted at five par cent, lower than at the opening on October 27. London, Nov. 4.
At the tallow auctions 930 casks were offered and 315 ’ sold. Prices are unchanged.
A RECORD PRICE FOR THE SEASON.
