TRIAL FOUR CONTESTS,

The rowing soason has now approached, and members of the two local clubs seem intent on making the season a successful one. Crews have been selected in both sheds to go in for training for a series of trial-four contests to bo held shortly. Tho Poverty Bay Rowing Club’s fixtures will eventuate in three weeks’ time, while thoso held by tho Gisborne Rowing Club will take place about a month hence.
