KAITARATAHI TOWNSHIP.

.This township has just been resurveyed, and will be placed in the market at noon to-day. The areas of the sections vary from one-quar-ter acre up to six acres, so as to suit all classes, and will he sold on exceptionally easy terms. Kaitaratalii is about thirteen miles by rail —a nice easy distance from town,_ with railway-station, hotel store,’ and post-office. A public hall is to. be soon built there, and a school .site to be given free, so that in the near future we may expect a flourishing township. The railway-bridge is now in course of construction, and when finished a large goods-station is to be erected on the other side of the river, .so that the township will be conveniently situated with the present traffic-bridge across the river —it being the only one on the line of road to the Motu.
