DYNAMITING SAFES

Per Press Association! DUNEDIN, last night

The premises of Mr l-lansen, grocer, of Kensington, were entered yesterday. Two safes were dynamited, aud the contents taken out and scattered over the premises and yard. There .was, however, no money nor valuables in the safes. The safes were rendered practically useless by the explosives. A lire must have occurred tturing the operations, as there were signs that the burglars had stamped it out.
