By Telegraph—Ereas Association—Copyright Pekin, Oct. 16. M. Leaaar, the Russian Ambassador, on **•- the 9th, presented a note, stating that if China persisted in her refusal of Russia’s demands, the evacuation of the three eastern provinces of Manchuria would be indefinitely delayed.
Hong Kong, Oot. 16. The Admirals’ conference at Singapore has ended. Admiral Fanshawe has sailed for Fremantle.
