By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Received 10.55 p.m., Oot. 16. Constantinople, Oct. 16. The Turks sustained 60 casualties, dispensing insurgents near Kaimake-Halon. Two hundred insurgents wore killed or wounded. It is circumstantially reported that Col. Sarafoff was killed in the skirmish near Florfina.
