ANGLO-FRENCH AGREEMENT.

London, Oct. 15.

It is officially stated that Lord Lansdowne and M. Cambon, French Ambassador in Loudon, signed yesterday an agreement having a duration of fivo years, whereby questions of a judicial character, or relating to tho interpretation of existing treaties, should, if found incapable of diplomatic settlement, be referred to the Hague Tribunal. The arrangement is restricted to questions not involving the vital interests, independence, or honour of the contracting parties, nor the interest of a third Power.
